My name is Beth and I am a sophomore at the University of South Carolina. I absolutely love to watch the New York Yankees play baseball and the Baltimore Ravens play football. Softball and running are two of my favorite hobbies. On the weekend I try and take advantage of the nice weather and spend as much time outside as possible. I also catch up with old friends on Facebook and love to read. My favorite book is Into the Wild and I enjoy beginning my mornings by reading The State newspaper. I try and live my life based on a famous quote by Audrey Hepburn.

I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.

I believe in living every day as if it is my last because I never want to look back and have any regrets. Three other things people should know about me are:

I love to blast the radio and sing as loud as I can.

I love to play in the rain.

I love nature and gorgeous scenery, especially in the mountains.

In fact, one of my favorite places to visit is Seattle. Mt. Rainier takes my breath away. It was awesome to see the peak of the mountain emerge above the clouds from my airplane seat. Another mountain I love is Signal Mountain in Chattanooga. I finished an 11 mile trail run up the mountain a few weeks ago. As I ran along the cliff, I was taken back by the view. It was extremely early in the morning, so I watched the sun rise and reflect its rays in the water. All in all, I love to experience all life has to offer. There are always new places to visit and new memories to be made.
